Hey can anyone help? Im selling something online and for payment they have sent it as a bank transfer from PayPal but the email I received off them says I have to pay them money before it will release the money they owe me, surely this isn’t right? Is it a scam?
It was actually my brother who doesn’t have a PayPal account.. the email says x amount has been deducted from the buyers account and has been approved but will not be transferred for security purposes until he sends some money through bank transfer or cash deposit? This is a scam right?
