Steam pre-order question

Hello, I pre-ordered a video game that's not coming out until 2022 (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1643320/STALKER_2_Heart_of_Chernobyl/)

Are the funds going to be withdrawn from my bank account only when the game comes out in 2022, or will it be within the next few days?

I would prefer the funds be withdrawn sooner rather than later, can I accelerate the fund withdrawal?
