Hi guys,
The last weeks I can't pay for anything that requires a subscription with monthly or yearly payments.
I always get that error:
"Sorry, we weren't able to set up preapproved payments at this time."
Trying to buy it with my wife account everything works fine. Also, we try to buy some other products from my friend's accounts, and everything is working perfectly without that issue.
Any idea how to fix that issue? I also try to chat with Paypal, but I can't find anyone on the message centre (We currently have limited customer service staffing due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) safety precautions).
What I can think is that it must be something on my Paypal panel that holds that payments.
Does anyone know how to fix that?
