i need send money but i have this message any time, for payment or sending to friend or other i see: "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later." 

what can i do ?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community forum!

 

In general, there may be multiple reasons why you would be unable to complete a payment. For example, your account may have been limited, your funding source may not be available or our security system may be preventing the payment for security reasons. Firstly, please check your Resolution Centre to see if there are any pending cases and make sure that your funding sources are available. Then, if you still can't make the payment, you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue! 

 

If this does not work, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Service directly. If you want to contact our Customer Service, you can click ‘Help & Contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page to see which options are available.
