I need send money but i have this message any time, for payment or sending to friend or other i see: "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later." I have tried with 5,25,50 dollar but nothing in some case on payment page i see: "Sorry, your UNK-FS-undefined, UNK-FS-undefined, BALANCE and BALANCE are not accepted." In other case i see: "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."

PayPal Account is Verified from 2015...

Hi anyone and everyone

If your also getting the 'unk-fs-undefined' basically its a gaf by paypal when updating their systems and changing the look. You need to go back into the old system and tick a box saying that your card or account as the preferred method of payment. Don't do it on the new paypal that does nothing. 

To solved it :

Settings > payments > pre-approved payments > scroll to the bottom for 'Manage pre-approved payments'  this should take you to a grey screen with a table of all your subscription payments etc > top hand corner of the table 'set available funding sources' > you should see your card or account > tick the box > save

this should allow you make payments again
