So, my friend is trying to send me money and keeps getting this message. I have looked everywhere to find for the solution and still I am stuck here. I'm becoming impatient because I need this issue fixed for the future. I have some business ideas online and with this issue I can not get paid. I have tried different countries to send me money and it is the same problem. I live in Albania and I have changed my Account from Personal to Business thinking that may be the problem. But nope, both Personal and Business have this issue. Please someone who can help me with this.
