I set a new account with a non-existence service provider (gmil vs gmail) by mistake. I sent a money request and the money was sent to this incorrect email address. I set up a different email account, but the funds are not on my activity list and has not been deposited in my account.
The person who sent me the money doesn't have a PayPal account, so he is unable to file a resolution claim to cancel the payment.
