Hello, I recently sent money to a friend in another country. I have done so before and it's been instant however this time it hasnt gone through. It has been taken from my paypal balance though. Is this common or should I be worried?
If it was taken from your balance then was it sent in the correct currency that they can accept and have added to their paypal account as a receiving currency.
Only paypal only convert funds sent from a bank account or card, balance funds have to be in the right currency.
