I used my friend's phone number to send her money, but the money was sent to someone I do not know. It sucks. I am trying to ask PayPal what happened and it is hard to get a response. I did not realize PayPal use is so risky in the past! I sent an email to the person who received money but no response yet. What should I do next? Thanks a lot!
