If its showing pending / unclaimed with a cancel option, then cancel it.
If its showing pending / unclaimed withOUT a cancel option then that pending status times out at 30 days post payment.
If its marked as sent / completed then email that 'wrong' email address and ask them to refund that payment. If they don't then dependent on how you 'sent' the payment you may be able to open a dispute for 'non receipt of item' as that person would have nothing to send you.
