Scam e-mail adress

I got an e-mail from this adress. I started to suspect. The buyer said she paid me 400€ and I got this message from the adress above: 

"You've received a payment, detailed below. We've placed a temporary hold
on the funds for this transaction.
PayPal and eBay and all other auctions and classifieds are working
together to make payments for eBay auctions, classifieds items even
safer. Because we want both buyers and sellers to feel confident about
sending and receiving payments through PayPal, we may temporarily hold
payments for items sold on eBay and other classifieds and auctions
website.
Make sure you ship the item right away, so you'll have access to the
funds sooner. We'll release the hold in 24-48 Hours as soon as you make
the shipment of article. We may release the hold" 

So, is this a scam?

If there are NO funds in your paypal balance then read this........

SCAM.

They encourage you to accept a 'direct' Paypal payment and may ask you to send the item internationally.
No funds or activity of the transaction shows in your Paypal account and any emails 'may' go into your junk/spam folders.

You will get/got a "fake" email that looks as though it is from paypal.....it isn't because they don't actually have a Paypal account and have no intention of paying you.
It will say the buyer has paid ...you won't have been paid.
They will tell you that the payment is released when you provide paypal with a tracking/shipping number......this won't happen.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.
Paypal do not tell you to send trackable, they advise it for selling protection but it is not compulsory.
Delete any emails and ignore the scammers.
