Has anyone received a refund check from their scra benefits? Sync & PayPal have my account at 0% interest now, however I when I asked PayPal about the refund I was told to send a letter to Sync. I mailed them the letter in Sept/Oct and have heard or seen nothing back. Wondering if anyone else got one and how long it took before I call Sync.
