Hello frome romania , there are a lot of restrictions frome paypal , i started a small busines and i cant get payd frome what im seling on some sites , can i get a quiq help on haw this shud worck normaly , maby i didnt set something corect or is just the restrictions frome my country , i want to use paypal acount as a poket and i cant , im buyng and seling game acounts and i want to use paypal , if this is posible what shud i doo !?
