Reinstate Billing Agreements

I cancelled my billing agreement with , ZestAds Limited directly now I want to reinstate it. PayPal says I should contact ZestAds Limited directly should do it, ZestAds Limited directly says Paypal has to do it. In the meantime I'm caught in the middle. I've called ZestAds Limited directly three times today and they say there is no way for them to reinstate the agreement because it was done in my Paypal account, to which they have no access. Now I know I'm not the first person to do this so will someone please help me resolve this matter.
