Hi all, I am new to the forum and hope I can get some advice on the way forward with my payment problem.
I am a long time user of Ebay and have no reason for Paypal to decline a payment buy me.
Today I tried several times to pay for a purchase but each time payment was decline with a paypal message to the effect to check my card details etc.
I rang my bank and they were able to verify my account balance was fine and also the number of times I attempted to make the payment and added on each occasion Paypal instantly declined the payment.
As we all know Paypal are impossible to get to speak to a human being.
This is a purchase I want to make and not loose the opportunity to do so.
I did follow the guidance on paypal site for assistance but came to a dead end.
Any suggestions as to what I can do.
