Regarding Receiving International Payments in India

Hi Team, Please help me

DO i need to upgrade my paypal Personal account to business account to receive international payments in India? Or this can be done in Personal Account only?

Please help me I have payments to collect from overseas for my services and I donot know what to do and my client is getting impatient?
