Refusing to use my bank account when there is plenty of money

I have my bank account set up as my PayPal source of pay. I've bought a few things on ebay today, but then when I just tried to purchase something else, Paypal keeps trying to get me to add a credit card instead of pulling from my bank account. I don't understand. There is plenty of money in my account and the item is 16$. Does anyone have any ideas?
