I was refunded a decent amount of money (sanctioned transfer) in the attempt to get past my cards issues of getting the money off the card in Larger amounts So I sent it, and my sister refunded the full amount since it was gonna be placed on hold for a time It still shows the transaction as pending -$3xxx on recent transactions on my account for my card issuer; but if I go to activity on paypal it says +$3xxx has been refunded to account ending in xxxx (I don't have PayPal cash or a PayPal card) But when I call my card issuer they say they don't see any pending transactions besides the one "-$3xxx" My question is; where is my money and when can I expect it in my account? My card issuer said 3 days on their end but it hasn't shown up for them and the refund was issued 15 mins after it was sent Also the email says refunded to account ending in xxxx but they say they don't see anything besides "$-3xxx"
