Hey guys. I recently bought something from a seller. They refunded me For the purchase.. which is still pending. I now want to buy something else from them.. I just want to make sure I don’t make another payment and then the seller cancel my refund and take the 2 payments. Essentially, my question is.. can a seller cancel a refund after already issuing it?
