Today I ordered what I thought were Apple airpods from Apple. The website I was on displayed the apple logo and looked the same. It was when I got my paypal receipt I noticed the name was in chinese. Obviously alarm bells rang and when I checked further it obviously wasnt the apple store. My bank said I need to wait till I either dont receive the goods or receive them and raise a dispute. My issue is that although they are using the apple logo, the description doesnt say apple airpods. Can I still claim back my money ? There is nothing to say they are copies etc and they use apple logo. Any help appreciated. Thanks
