Early April I sent a company money to be a vendor at their event that was scheduled for 7/27/19. The event was cancelled. I have the email stating the event being cancelled and a statement saying I would receive a refund a few days after the original scheduled event. I do not have a refund yet. Because I sent the money and it was not an invoice sent to me, can I still get a refund??! HELP!

As long as you sent it using the goods/services option and NOT the friends / family option then you would have buyer protection.
So click on the transaction and report it as item/service not received.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
