Refunds for UNAUTHORIZED USE

PayPal says REFUNDS ARE COMPLETED! MY PAYPAL WAS HACKED.. I HAVE REGAINED ACCESS BECAUSE THE CARD USED IS CANCELLED AND THE REFUND IS SUPPOSED TO BE ON MY PAYPAL BALANCE!

If old and new cards belong / ed to the same card ACCOUNT then it should go through ok.
