Refunding

Bonjour,

 

J’ai testé un mois test gratuit du @LinkedIn premium sans vouloir poursuivre avec un abonnement. J’ai essayé de me désabonner sans succès et je vois que je viens d’être Prélevé pour une année d’abonnement d’une valeur de 713 € ce qui représente un mois de loyer et charge. Je suis étudiant et je ne peux pas donc me permettre ce type de dépenses et souhaite être remboursé dès que possible.

Est-ce que y a une possibilité de bloqué le paiement ou de me rembourser ?

 

I tested the free trial month without wanting to continue with a subscription. I tried unsuccessfully to unsubscribe and see that I have just been Charged for a one-year subscription worth € 713 which represents one month's rent and charge. I am a student and therefore cannot afford this type of expense and would like to be reimbursed as soon as possible.

Is there a possibility of blocking the payment or refunding me?

Contact the company and see if they will refund you.

Then...

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
