Hi seller ask for me to send him my paypal account to make me a refund...what exactly he want and what is my paypal account that i must send to him ??

As long as the original transaction was within 180 days then he doesn't need that information.

All he has to do is click on the transaction in his paypal account and then click the refund option at the bottom of that details page.

If its over 180 days then he would need your paypal email address to send you a friends / family payment/refund.
