So in April I purchased an item to which appeared to get lost in the post. The seller was very helpful and put a claim in to Royal Mail. Royal Mail accepted the claim and stated the item had been lost, therefore refunded the seller. The seller then refunded me the money for the lost item. However, today the item has shown up. Do I need to contact the seller and refund them? As Royal Mail have already done this. Therefore, if i was to send her money back, she will have been paid twice, off me and Royal Mail again. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
