I purchased an item. And then after the delivery date was extended I requested a refund. The refund was in process. Then I receive an email saying it has been cancelled. But on the PayPal app says it has been refunded. I don’t know how to contact a PayPal customer service person. I am really unsure of what to do. Please help.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code. OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? Thank you. I have used the contact us button but every time I use it I get a voice recording saying the number I have called is busy then it hangs up on me.
