Hello,

I have a little problem I went to the site "ProGuides.com" I registered there and I wanted a PRO account. It said that its 7.99$ per month so I clicked on it chose PayPal as the payment method but that web site billed me 12 months because they don't offer one month play but this wasn't shown there when I was buying it. Do I have a right to refund this ?

I have the same problem and the the proguides support is not helpful at all. Proguides is not a good company.
