I got alerted today of a refund by someone i bought an item from. I can see the refund but it hasnt gone into my account yet. What i want to know is if i send them a new payment will i be charged double essentially because no money has gone back into my bank account. Basically money goes out of my account now while payment hasnt been returned and i dont get the refund resulting it whats double payment
