Hello PayPal Community,
Lately I had to close my PayPal account due to mistaken info regarding my data. I created the account a while ago.
Now, since a recent transaction made with that account didn't go well, the seller is going to refund me. As soon as I knew he was going to refund me, I created another PayPal account, which is the one I'm writing with now, with the same exact e-mail address of the previous one.
My concern is: Once the seller issues the refund, will I get my money back to the new active account instead of sending it to the closed one, although in my new one there's no transactions made ?
In that transaction money was sent from my PayPal balance, I have no credit, debit cards nor a bank account.
I hope I've been clear enough explaining to you my concern.
Many thanks in advance,
Silvano.
