Refund not reflecting in PayPal account t

Is there any transaction report provided by by PayPal which shows the refunds being returned to my credit card. PayPal account shows refunds but my credit card company says they have not received it

Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on a card statement. Hopefully your refund completes soon!
