Recurring Billing on Guest account

Hello. Early December I bought credits for a game on a guest PayPal account. I unknowingly saved it to a monthly recurring billing. I was charged another $35 this morning that I would like refunded. I would also like to change the status of recurring to one-time payments. Since it was a guest account I cannot re-log in and change the status myself. Anyone have suggestions? I contacted the store with no response
