Can anyone help me? A friend has sent me money in the month with no problem, even as a guest, but today she was unable to send anything even after she created an account still nothing, we both contacted pp and was told nothing they don’t know anything, try another card, so she did again to no resolve? I just received money from her last week with no problem so why am I not able to now? PLEASE HELP ME

In general, there may be multiple reasons why your friend cannot send you a payment. Firstly, please check your Resolution Centre to make sure that there are no pending issues on your account preventing you from receiving money. Then, if our Customer Service suggested to your friend to add a card to complete the payment, it may be that the payment is being prevented by our security system. In that case, your friend can try to clear cache and cookies, to delete the browser history and to wait for 48 hours without accessing the account to let the system reset. This may help her solve the issue!
