I have won on website lottosocial the amount of £5.07 but 14 days later still to receive it. I have contacted them and they said it was processed 5th August but I am yet to receive it in my account. They said it was linked to my phone number which is correct on both sites. How can I resolve this
When you receive a payment you automatically receive an email, even if there was an issue with it. Please work with the merchant and request they check the status of the payment on their end. If the problem continues please reach out to our customer service.
