whenever i buy something from this website in my country i get this error on their website:
their payment email i get this error:
the recipient can't accept payments right now.
PayPal gateway has rejected request, account is restricted (#10002: restricted account)
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
