Received money from a buyer but it never completed a transfer

Anyone know why I got a payment and it was in my statement and then got to the transfer to bank window and transferred it directly into my bank but the payment never showed up there? Usually there will be a transaction statement saying "transferred to bank" or "expected transfer" but this never came up? Paypal support never contacted me back and I would rather not refund the payment and ask the buyer to buy again because of the extra hassle and also for the fact I will lose the shipping money. Let me know if you have had this issue and if you know how to resolve. I can't open a case on this payment either because it was directly from the buyer.

I know it's concerning you not having to identify where the money did go.

Did you check your email upon transferring the money to your bank to determine wether or not the withdrawal have been subjected for review?

Withdrawals can take up to 72 hrs to complete through the PayPal system. Generally they will complete within 1 business day and it will be within 30 minutes if you choose one of the instant withdrawal channels.

Once our review has finished, your withdrawal will show as ‘completed’ and will be processed to your card or bank account as long as the review did not turn up any issues. Withdrawals to bank accounts can take 3 to 5 working days.
