Received money does not appear in my account

Hello everyone, I received an email saying that someone transferred money to my account but when I checked my account t does not appear. The email says: If you haven't confirmed your email address with us yet, you won't see the money in your account until you do. However upon checking my email address s already confirmed.

 

Any help/tips?
