Received money, but they dont appear in my account balance - please help

Hello,

On friday i RECEIVED 100€ that are showing in transaction history, but until now they still havent appeared in my account balance, i can not refund it or convert it and neither withdraw it.

What to do? Should i wait? Have i been scammed?

Also it says sent on the other side, and i have tried add euro as a new currency.

I've got the same problems but for USD. It's really annoying and I don't understand why.
