I've sold an expensive item on ebay - it's a new user created today on ebay - payment has come through but there's no delivery address. I've obviously gone back to them and asked them to get their addresses sorted out on Paypal as I cannot send the goods without a confirmed address. Since he's already paid, he's pushing for the item to be sent via the address that is listed on the ebay 'your item sold' email - I told him no, need Paypal to confirm. How do I fix this or what should I do? Any advice would be really appreciated as I don't want to get scammed and equally they could just be a regular new ebayer so don't want to offend them either...
