Hello, I hope someone can help. I received a payment for £50 and when I click the email to accept, the link takes me to a page saying we're sorry this page doesn't exist. The person who sent it has sent me a screenshot confirming the money left his account, as well as it no longer being in his bank. I really need this money as I'm broke as hell at the moment and it seems I'll never get a reply from paypal, and the problem seems to lie solely with them, any help would be appreciated.
Would need to know what it says next to the transaction in the senders paypal account ie pending/unclaimed or sent/completed?
Also have you confirmed your email address? Also check that they sent it to an email address you have linked to your paypal account and not another one you own.
