I had someone send me a payment earlier as F/F and it says that it is completed on both of our ends, but the funds aren't showing up in my balance. I tried reaching out to PP, but they are swamped. Is this normal? Help?!
I have this same issue, I was sent 40$ and it says the payment is completed but my balance is still 11.23$ and I was never asked if I wanted to transfer it anywhere, it should be in my available balance.
Same happened to me this AM, I received 3 payments this morning, $17, $15 and $60. All have been paid, however the $60 is not showing in my PayPal balance. This is extremely frustrating.
Has anyone had any luck calling? I did submit a chat, but haven't heard back as of yet.
I had the same problem. I tried calling paypal but they hung up on me during my call back. Has anyone has this resolved? I have 2 ebay payments stuck in some limbo.
I been on the phone with them serval times even a supervisor, and they not trying to help. keep telling me I have to wait 24hrs until the resolve the issue. I’m trying to pay a bill with money transferred to me and they still not helping. Saying it’s nothing they can do.
