I tried to refund my purchase for some game but it won't let me refund so I decided to just play along and won't refund. But the seller says he can't take the money that I donated because it needs to be "reviewed" I filed a report yesterday but it's already closed since the won't let me refund the money.
Why the seller can't take my money? I want to give it to him.
