RECEIVED A EMAIL FROM PAYPAL THAT YOUR PAYMENT IS PENDING

i have received an email from pay-pal mentioning that your payment is waiting of 18.62 USD and tells to give a bit more information about your account or recent transactions and directs me to resolution center but when i'll go there through the link there is showing that there is no recent transaction is there or pending. PLEASE HELP!BUT NOT RECIEVED THE PAYMENT
