Hello, I have a quick question; I’m looking to sell something to a buyer in the US, if they transfer me the money in USD, does PayPal automatically convert that to its worth in AUD? The buyer would be transferring me $160 USD which is about $210 in AUD. So would I get $210 AUD or only $160 AUD? Also, would PayPal charge me any fees for this transaction other than the normal small seller fee they charge? I’ve never done an international transaction before ! Thanks

Why would you want them to pay you in USD?
Ask them to send you your own currency then you won't get currency conversion charges.
You can invoice or money request them in AUD and then their funding source of bank account or card would be auto charged in their own currency.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
