Proof of payment verification

Hi I just want to find out if the proof of payment I received it real or if it is a scam I did email spoof@paypal.com yesterday morning but no reply yet and the buyers are getting impatient what can I do?

If the funds are showing in your paypal account balance then they have paid.

If the funds ARE NOT showing in your paypal account balance then its a SCAM, even if pending they would still SHOW in your paypal balance.
