Problems transferring funds FROM PP to my bank

I have been trying for days to transfer funds from my PP to my bank - but I keep getting error messages stating that "Sorry about that! Looks like something went wrong on our end." This has been going on for quite some time. I can't access funds on the app or on line! HELP!

 

Anyone else having issues????
