Problem with payment

i sold an item on ebay, and the buyer sent the money over but its pending and i havent received any money but got an email from paypal saying money has been sent over

Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?

ok so what does it say in your 'my ebay' does it show as paid only if NOT this could be a scam.
