I'm sending money to a friend, so there's no merchant issue. I send them money all the time this way.
I'm using a confirmed checking account that I used just yesterday. I did the obvious and made sure my balance wasn't overdrawn. The bank website is showing no technical issues. Is anyone else experiencing this?
