I was trying to buy a membership when it kept kicking me off and making me “confirm my pay” I did this 5 time just to realize it was charging me about $73 5 times! And was said as a preauthorized payment. I need to cancel fast and need my money back back since that was my concert money
It sounds like the payment may have just been authorized five times, meaning you should receive a refund for each of the authorizations when the system registers that they've failed. I hope the refund comes through soon!
