I'm trying to pay for some items through my credit card and it's not going through, what should I do?

Oh no! That can definitely be frustrating. First, please try clearing your cache and cookies, ensuring your browser is up-to-date, and trying a different browser. If the payment still doesn't go through, it's possible that you're encountering our internal security recognizing risk with the transaction. In these situations, the only options would be to add a backup payment method, or to give the system 24-48 hours to reset before attempting the payment again. Hopefully one of these resolves the problem!
