Nearly 2 weeks ago I attempted to claim some money I received from a friend, and to do so, I was asked to use photo identification to verify my account. After I done so, the said time was 2-3 days before my account got checked on, yet it’s been nearly 3 weeks.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
